In 1957 a young and hopeful Nicola Antonelli founded Dolciaria Romana Antonelli, a tiny pastry lab in Rome that represents the origin of what we are today. Nowadays the third generation continues to cultivate the passion handed down by Nicola, producing every day thousands of pieces in a modern site of over 15000 square meters.
