Return Policy

We at Kidzbuzz.co.uk are pretty confident that you’ll be very happy with the products that you bought from our online store. We do appreciate that sometimes you might want to return your new products back to us. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the products, with any packaging, wrapping, tags and labels intact and attached.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days.

If you are thinking of returning an item:

• Ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping and anything that made up the whole of the original product is all included in the package and in original condition.
• Include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.
